About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to lead market penetration and drive growth in our home health services. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, recruiting top talent, and executing data-driven strategies to dominate their market.
What You'll Do- Lead sales efforts across your assigned region with a focus on aggressive market penetration and measurable growth
- Develop and execute a clear 90-day market entry plan that demonstrates strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
- Build and manage enterprise-level relationships with hospital system leadership to secure preferred provider status and quality alliance memberships
- Recruit, hire, and develop your own high-performing sales team through strategic networking and talent identification
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing partnerships
- Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies
- Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in home health (hospice, SNF, or infusion pharmacy experience may be considered for exceptional candidates)
- Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and achieve aggressive growth targets
- Strong track record of recruiting and building successful sales teams
- Established credibility with hospital system executives and C-suite leaders
- Hungry, competitive personality with high self-confidence and a "killer" mentality
- Willingness to take calculated risks and be compensated based on growth metrics rather than steady commissions
- Data-driven approach to sales strategy and market analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
