Vaco is partnering with a trusted client on a fast-paced 3–4 month project offering a hybrid schedule
—remote on Mondays and onsite Tuesday through Friday. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can quickly integrate with the team and support key operational initiatives.

• Support project execution by managing day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure timelines, goals, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process updates.
• Identify risks or workflow gaps and communicate solutions proactively.
• Assist cross-functional partners to ensure project continuity and alignment.

• Ability to work onsite Tues–Fri and remote on Mondays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work in dynamic, client-driven environments.
