Exciting Opportunity:
Analyst – Multifamily Candidate Location Preference:
Fully Remote

CORY is hiring a driven Analyst to support an active real estate acquisitions platform. This analytical role involves hands‑on work across the full acquisition lifecycle and direct collaboration with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives, working alongside an established 3rd party management firm.

About Our Client:

A privately held, third‑party property management firm specializing in multifamily and specialty housing across the Southern U.S. They manage a large, multi‑state portfolio, providing full‑service operations, leasing, maintenance, and asset optimization for owners and investors.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, research new markets, and track key market fundamentals (rents, vacancies, cap rates, absorption).
  • Build, maintain, and update acquisition pro formas and BOEs, refining underwriting assumptions and supporting sensitivity analyses.
  • Coordinate all due diligence efforts, managing timelines and deliverables, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and third‑party teams.
  • Compile and draft deal memos, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and external Investment Committees, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide day‑to‑day analytical and operational support, including financial modeling for strategic initiatives, and maintain acquisition pipeline trackers/dashboards.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
  • 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills with real estate underwriting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
