Sr. PPBE Management Analysts

We are Tek Pro Support Services, LLC (TSS) a professional solutions contracting and consulting firm supporting several military installations and federal agencies across the nation.

We are seeking Sr. PPBE Management Analysts to support our ongoing mission at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX.

• Contractor personnel providing support for Planning Programming Budgeting Execution (PPBE) with focus on the Programming.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and data gathering and identify key themes, trends, and opportunities from complex data sets.
• Capture, synthesize, and summarize key points from interviews, focus groups, and internal meetings, translating insights into draft deliverables and products.
• Develop creative and innovative solutions to client issues and project approaches.
• Develop accurate and complete staff documentation to support project execution and completion.
• Ability to think conceptually and strategically and learn quickly; critical thinker, analyst, and active listener.
• Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team, and multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously.

• M ust have at least 2 to 5 years' experience with the building of Program Objective Memorandums (POM).
• Active TS/SCI required
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Experience in federal budget exhibit preparation and Federal Financial Management or equivalent training is is desired.
• Experience with operations center design and improvement, mission analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, strategic planning, roadmap development, training, policies, processes and procedures, business process reengineering, organizational development, strategic communications, risk management, or Lean Six Sigma.
