American Air Conditioning and Heating, located in San Antonio, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented HVAC Estimator / Operations Coordinator to join our team. This unique hybrid role splits time between standard office administration and hands‑on coordination on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate HVAC takeoffs and project estimations.
- Manage and track shop inventory to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Coordinate sheet metal fabrication schedules and logistics.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., ) to track jobs from start to finish.
- Maintain open, clear communication between the office staff and the shop team.
- Prior experience with HVAC estimating or takeoffs is highly preferred.
- High level of computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comfortably transition between a professional office setting and a hands‑on shop environment.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
