Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Analysis team is just one part of H-E-B’s Corporate Planning & Analysis division, which develops and maintains budgets and systems while providing current, reliable financial data, analysis, and technical info. The Supply Chain Analysis team focuses on Supply Chain optimization and supporting and delivering systems applications to support strategic initiatives.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll develop processes, tools, reports, and provide data analytics to support H-E-B’s supply chain strategic initiatives, such as supply and demand forecasting, inventory planning, logistics, and cost optimization.

We are looking for:- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Independently identifies, documents, analyzes, implements, and communicates solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Defines and documents current and future operational scenarios and works with other business areas/client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into solutions/requirements
- Analyzes probable impact of recommendations and solutions on other business areas and client groups
- Contributes to cost-benefit analysis, design, and implementation of supply chain models for projects
- Provides support and resources for ad-hoc analysis requests, tools, development, and process improvement projects
- Identifies issues and gaps within current business processes and develops solutions that drive continuous improvement in the functional area
- Serves clients and stakeholders as an emerging subject matter expert and thought leader in the focus area
- Manages medium to large complexity projects that may encompass technologies, facilities, processes, materials, handling systems, or other business initiatives
- Ensures projects are on schedule, of high quality, within determined budget, meet departmental scorecard, and create business value
- Contributes to project efforts and status
- Proactively develops project management tools for Supply Chain
- Supports and delivers training and education services to teams and resources
- May lead, in conjunction with project teams, the delivery of processes, systems, metrics, and services
- Maintains client-stakeholder partnerships to ensure overall satisfaction
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Supply Chain Systems:
Project Management Professional Certification (preferred) OR - Supply Chain Optimization:
Experience developing and maintaining engineered labor standards (preferred) OR - Transportation Procurement: experience with freight term changes and logistics Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced negotiating and influencing skills

- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects
- Ability to work complex issues with senior management
