Sales Support Coordinator – Capital Group

Aligned with Wealth Management, you will play a central role in supporting sales teams by driving advisor engagement through strategic scheduling and territory coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Sales Force Members and territory teams to execute outreach strategies, manage meeting logistics, and ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for territory operations, managing calendars, communications, and reporting.
  • Help optimize productivity and engagement across multiple territories through proactive outreach, data utilization, and strong relationship management.
Qualifications
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Proactively drives engagement and ensures effective execution, building strong relationships with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Comfortable leveraging systems and tools such as CRM and reporting systems to manage data and improve outcomes.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
  • Collaborative team player with an interest in growing business acumen and developing within the organization.
Benefits

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $52,215–$83,544. Eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a 15% retirement contribution.
