Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our procurement operations across diverse supply chain functions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee sourcing strategies, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to ensure the timely acquisition of quality materials and services. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of procurement management systems, ERP platforms, and industry regulations, enabling us to achieve cost efficiencies, maintain high standards, and support manufacturing excellence.

• Strong background in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Proven record in vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and supplier performance management.
• Experienced in strategic sourcing, contract management, and ERP systems (SAP-certified trainer)

• 5 years of experience in purchasing; solid financial analysis and negotiation abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to face the daily challenges faced by a rapidly growing company
• Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally, with all levels of management on a timely basis
• Experience and competency in MS Office and procurement ERP
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as an energetic, caring, and self-driven team player

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CPM, CPPO, CPPB or SPSM, certification preferred
