Introduction Carenet Health is seeking a proven Salesforce administrator with Sales enablement expertise to be a part of a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization that’s changing the game when it comes to healthcare consumer support and access to care.
Overview
As Carenet’s Salesforce Admin, you’ll join a talented, passionate and supportive marketing team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for all sales enablement activities— so whether you’re managing our tech stack, customizing our Salesforce instance, or training our business development team on new tools, you’ll be guiding and changing how an industry thinks about improving healthcare.
Responsibilities- Daily administration of Salesforce instance
- Creating and maintaining Reports/Dashboards
- Technical troubleshooting
- Serve as subject matter expert by keeping up to date on best practices and tool enhancements
- Database ownership and hygiene
- Ongoing training of users
- Adapt page layouts, roles/profiles
- Maintain licenses and contracts
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide accurate recommendations and deliverables
- Lead larger development projects to create single source of truth in system via custom objects, workflows, look up fields, record types, page layouts, validations etc
- Create training resources for new system processes
- Develop user efficiency via automation/email alerts for team members
- Monitor/manage releases and feature changes
- Provide ongoing support for team around pipeline cleanliness
- Execute weekly robust pipeline reporting including trending analysis outside of Salesforce
- Continual Desktop support
- Manage/Develop KPIs
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools including Salesforce, Sales Loft and Sales Navigator
- 7+ years of experience managing the sales enablement processes, preferably for B2B healthcare and BPO markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar
- Understanding of funnel strategy and selling to different buyer stages and audiences
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
