Position PurposeThe Real Estate Manager is responsible for leading a small team tasked with providing research and support to the Vice President of Dealer Development to ultimately achieve the organization’s real estate growth goals as it relates to JCB North America Sponsored Dealers.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities- Helps collect, organize and analyze information to support JCB’s sponsored dealer program including land and building acquisitions, leasing, site selection, and construction.
- Ensures lease and lessor agreements meet JCB’s corporate standards.
- Participates in negotiation of agreements, easements, and contracts for existing and new sites.
- Maintains overall knowledge of the process, procedures, and legalities within the region for site selection.
- Acquires research for potential site acquisition opportunities, including, but not limited to: ownership, legal records, zoning, traffic information, permitting regulations, and comparable sales.
- Supports construction management and ensures corporate standards are met throughout new construction projects.
- Works and collaborates with real estate brokers and developers, as well as city, county and state officials to obtain information about a potential or existing site.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2-5 years Real Estate or related experience preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite preferred.
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre‑employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a high‑stress environment.
- Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Collaborative approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the enterprise.
- Ability to understand processes (system and non‑system), troubleshoot, develop, and recommend solutions.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and be a self‑motivated team player.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project.
- Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.
- Subject to noise and temperature changes.
