About the Role

Rehabilitation Institute of San Antonio is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Business Office Manager you will support our vision of making communities healthier by managing finances, staff, and regulatory compliance in a behavioral health setting.

• Assist in developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the organization’s strategic plan.
• Manage staff relations, including performance management, satisfaction, conflict handling, scheduling, development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Determine and justify needs for systems, equipment, and supplies; monitor usage and ensure proper working order.
• Create an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Ensure the department stays focused on its role in the continuum of care.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in Finance and/or Accounting preferred.
