Loan Associate Analyst
As a Loan Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day lender service operations including one or more of the following loan servicing functions:
- Daily/Monthly electronic disbursements
- Document processing
- Payment calculations
- Security redemptions
- Review daily balance activity
- Remittance reconciliation
- Monitoring industry performance/adherence with stated agreements
- Monitoring audit artifacts
You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple adaptions and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues.
What You Will Need:
- High school Diploma/GED minimum education
- 0-2 years of work experience
- US Citizenship is required
- Experience using MS Office products
- Ability to work full time in - office
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred / college credits
- Eager to apply strong organizational and communication skills in a professional office setting
- Knowledge of SBA Form 1502 and Form 1086 is a plus
