We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help build and manage the commercial infrastructure that supports Flavor Wiki’s growth.
Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will manage the systems, sales operations processes, and customer engagement frameworks that enable the company to acquire, retain, and expand enterprise clients.
This position sits at the center of our go-to-market organization, working across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure our revenue teams operate effectively and our clients achieve measurable value from the platform, and will optimize the process for growth.
The ideal candidate combines Rev Ops discipline with customer growth experience and thrives in fast-paced startup environments where systems, processes, and strategies are still being built and scaled.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations Management- Manage the revenue operations infrastructure supporting Flavor Wiki’s go-to-market strategy.
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar) to maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide leadership visibility into pipeline performance, deal progress, and revenue forecasts.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, GTM workflows, and prospecting strategies that improve sales efficiency and win rates.
- Support proposal development, pricing strategy, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment between lead generation campaigns and sales pipeline development.
- Optimize systems and processes for the CGO on managing strategic relationships with enterprise clients across
- Outline a repeatable process to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and value realization of the Flavor Wiki platform.
- Implement pricing & packaging to identify opportunities for account expansion, new modules, and additional research programs.
- Lead sales operations to drive renewal planning and help develop strategies to strengthen long-term client partnerships.
- Serve as a key internal advocate for customer feedback to inform product roadmap and GTM messaging.
- Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to develop scalable growth processes and operational frameworks.
- Analyze pipeline performance, lead and opportunity conversion metrics, and customer engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop repeatable growth plays that support new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Align sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams around a coordinated revenue growth strategy.
- Lead development of sales collateral
- 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or commercial strategy roles within SaaS or data platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales cycles
- Background in insights technology, research platforms, AI/data SaaS, or consumer intelligence tools is highly desirable
- Strong operational and analytical mindset
- Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipeline reporting
- Ability to build sales playbooks and scalable GTM processes
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate data and operational insights into growth actions
