Focused on enhancing customer experiences, the remote Principal Product Manager will own the customer login and portal experience, lead customer discovery efforts, and define a product vision centered around AI-driven features.
Key responsibilities- Own and evolve the customer login and portal experience, ensuring usability, security, and scalability
- Lead customer discovery initiatives to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
- Define and execute a product vision and strategy for customer experience and AI-driven features
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on customer experience or UX‑led products
- Proven experience managing core customer journeys such as login, onboarding, and dashboards
- Experience serving SMB customers, preferably in SaaS, software, eCommerce, or retail
- Strong data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience in analytics and experimentation
- Experience building or utilizing AI‑powered features in product management
