Medley Networks is seeking a senior, well-connected Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition for staffing and consulting services across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate has an established professional network and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities and client relationships for staffing, consulting, or project services across any industry.
This role is focused on new client acquisition.
Candidates should apply only if they have a proven ability and confidence to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and client relationships

This role can be Remote within the U.S. and may be structured as Full-Time or Part-Time depending on the candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients for staffing, consulting, and project services
- Leverage existing professional relationships to introduce Medley Networks’ staffing and project solutions
- Identify opportunities with corporate clients, consulting firms, technology companies, infrastructure providers, and other organizations requiring staffing support
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, HR leaders, and project managers
- Support RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and contract negotiations (MSA/SOW)
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in staffing, consulting services, or B2B services
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue
- Strong understanding of staffing, consulting, or project-based service delivery models
- Existing relationships with corporate clients, hiring managers, procurement teams, or decision-makers preferred
- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission:
Attractive commission on new business with strong earning potential - Flexible Structure:
Full-time or part-time engagement available.
