Missions

In transversality within the Directorate and the DGA Solidarity, you will be responsible for strengthening the preparation of vulnerable populations and departmental services, in connection with civil security, health, social health actors, and local authorities:

MANAGEMENT OF EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS

• Pilot the development of the doctrine for preparing solidarity in crises affecting vulnerable populations
• Analyze the needs of populations and establishments within the departmental competence
• Lead the identification of activities and redeployable resources for vulnerable populations
• Contribute to the updating of exceptional medico-social response systems
• Participate in the structuring of past crisis feedback and the organization of exercises
• Initially focused on the sanitary management of risks (pandemic, heat, etc.), the mission officer will eventually develop a departmental resilience doctrine (particularly for populations and establishments within the solidarity competencies of the Department), in connection with the "risk management" mission.

Level of education:
Bac+5 acquired through a paramedical, medical, public health, crisis management, civil security, and/or public policy administration background.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of crisis management
• Mastery of SSE issues (e.g., pandemics)
• Understanding of departmental activities in the field of solidarity
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the General Public Service Code - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidate for a civil servant has been successful. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
