Marketing Material​/Point Of Sale Material Coordinator

Position Summary:

Position is responsible for executing all aspects of point-of-sale operations in order to elevate the image of all Silver Eagle Beverages (SEBev) brands at retail accounts and special, marketing, charitable and/or media events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures that all required pre-printed POS is available on a timely basis.

Lays out and produces all POS requests, when allowed by the T.A.B.C.Receives all intake of marketing materials to include all paper and permanent point of connection materials (POCM).Cross references received materials with invoices placed by SEB personnel to distribute and/or catalogue into Encompass to be visible to correct sales teams.

Prepares and coordinates approved POCM items for sales team pick up in a timely manner daily.

Maintains a clean and organized storage area of all POCM.Adheres to safe working practices, Company policies, rules, regulations, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports to supervisor if not immediately correctable.

Ensures all chemicals are properly stored when not in use.

Communicates and shares competitive and market information with Lead RIS Specialist.

Provides great customer service in a team environment.

Ensures proper stock levels of paper POS at all times, and communicates with Lead RIS Specialist when items need to be re-ordered.

Assists with printing of paper POS, as needed.

Helps maintain clean, safe working environment at all times.

Assists with set-up and tear-down activities for special events, sports properties, activations, and charitable events.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred 1 year of sales and/or marketing experience in beverage industry.

Physical Requirements:

Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus).Continuous standing and walking, up to 8 hours at a time.

Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20-161 lbs.

Ability to operate a two or four wheel dolly.

Must be able to push 300 lbs dolly load and move 161 lbs kegs.

Must be able to operate a forklift and a pallet jack.

Frequent driving distances between 0-75 miles in one sitting.

Frequent climbing, pushing, pulling and maneuvering dolly, hand truck, bay roll up doors, straps, curb ramps, truck doors, boxes, cases, kegs, truck gear shift.

Working Conditions:

All weather conditions (indoor & outdoor) including high temperatures, cool/cold temperatures, wind, ice, humidity, rain, fog, hail, sleet and snow.

Daylight, twilight, evening and dark lighting conditions.

Noise, vibration, dust, dirt, airborne particles, fumes.

Work hours will vary daily due to business needs.
