Brand Sponsorships & Events Manager

Overview

Our Brand Sponsor ships team is growing. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Manager to support our fast-paced sponsorship portfolio. The team currently features four Senior/Program Leads who own major partnership programs spanning sports, music, and entertainment. The Manager will act as the operational engine across the board—driving critical behind-the-scenes processes such as procurement, compliance, opportunity evaluation, and hospitality management.

You will have ownership of these foundational pillars and opportunities to lead regional and local partnership initiatives. This role suits a motivated professional with event or partnership experience who wants to deepen involvement in major sports and entertainment sponsor ships and help run activations on-site.

• Hospitality & Ticket Management
  • Workflow Ownership:
    Take full ownership and management of our Ticket Manager software and other hospitality workflows and processes.
  • System Mastery:
    Serve as the internal expert for ticket allocation, tracking, and documentation. Prior experience with Ticket Manager is a plus, but the ability to learn, master, and maintain specialized software is required.
• Partnership Leadership & Evaluation
  • Lead Regional Partnerships:
    Directly manage and execute regional and local partnership opportunities.
  • Portal Management:
    Act as the first line of defense for our inbound sponsorship portal, evaluating opportunities from software partnerships to the NFL.
  • Opportunity Assessment:
    Assess incoming proposals for potential pursuit and document findings for the team.
• Procurement & Financial Operations (Approx. 20–30% of the Role)
  • Financial Workflows:
    Own the procurement process, ensuring vendors are paid on time. Set up purchase orders (POs), manage invoices, and coordinate payment schedules.
  • Contracting Support:
    Manage and initiate internal contracting processes with legal and procurement teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Operational Support & Compliance
  • Compliance Oversight:
    Manage and execute rigorous compliance processes and internal controls.
  • Program Coordination:
    Partner with Senior Leads on day-to-day deliverables, including event recaps, hospitality guides, and ticket/asset distribution.
  • On-Site Activation:
    Provide hands-on, tactical support during events and activations, with a long-term goal of running activations independently.

  Foundational understanding of what makes a sponsorship valuable and what to look for when evaluating proposals in sports and entertainment.
• Strong Communicator

  Articulate in written and verbal communication; translate sponsorship and procurement logistics into clear team updates.
• Experience
  : 3–7 years in sponsor ships, event marketing, partnerships, or closely related field.
• Industry Exposure
  :
  Prior experience or strong passion for sports, music, and entertainment sponsor ships; ideal for transitioning deeper into this space.
• Preferred Assets
  :
  Prior experience with Ticket Manager or similar hospitality management applications is a plus, but not required.
• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $40 hr. Compensation is based on factors including education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
