Voice Administrator- Telecom & Mobile Fleet Specialist

As our team modernizes its Call Routing Platform (integrating MS Teams), we are seeking a proactive Telecom & Mobile Fleet Specialist to take ownership of our clients enterprise telecommunications spend and mobile infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the audit and reconciliation of 40+ monthly carrier invoices, optimize our 600+ line mobile fleet, and partner directly with major carriers like AT&T to streamline contracts and resolve disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Auditing & Reconciliation: Audit and reconcile 40+ monthly telecom invoices across AT&T and other vendors as they arrive. Proactively identify billing variances, manage carrier disputes, and track realized credits.
• Mobile Fleet Management: Audit and optimize a corporate fleet of ~600 cell phones, hotspots, and tablets. Identify unused/orphaned lines, match devices to active users, and execute plan right-sizing, activations, or disconnects.
• Carrier & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with AT&T and other carriers to process service changes, disconnects, plan optimizations, and contract simplifications.
• Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain custom Excel reporting workbooks and dashboards to track telecom spend, inventory, billing trends, carrier performance, and cost savings.
• Documentation & Contract Tracking: Maintain an up-to-date repository of carrier contracts, renewal dates, service agreements, and pricing schedules.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex invoice and carrier data into plain language for internal business partners and stakeholders

Telecom & Invoice Auditing

Experience:

Proven background reviewing and reconciling complex enterprise telecommunications or carrier invoices (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.). Mobile Fleet Oversight:
Hands-on experience auditing enterprise mobile devices (phones, hotspots, tablets), managing activations/disconnects, and optimizing rate plans. Advanced Excel

Skills:

High proficiency in building and maintaining trackers, audit workbooks, and reporting using XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and data validation. Carrier Dispute Management:
Demonstrated ability to independently work with carriers to resolve billing discrepancies, manage service issues, and secure credits. Communication & Self-Management:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision, manage one's own workload, and communicate effectively with non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with carrier circuit administration or telecom inventory management systems. Track record of identifying process improvements and driving measurable telecom cost savings.
