We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent implementation projects focused on vendor onboarding, invoicing transformation, and business process modernization. This role is responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and successful delivery of enterprise initiatives involving multiple vendors and cross-functional business teams.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex business implementation projects, coordinating vendor transitions, driving process improvements, and communicating effectively with executive leadership. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical for success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple implementation projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate vendor transition activities from existing processes to new invoicing solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Deliver proactive executive status reporting and project communications.
- Facilitate meetings across business, operations, finance, and vendor teams.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive issue resolution and recommend process improvements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- 5–7+ years of Project Management experience leading multiple concurrent business implementation projects.
- Experience managing vendor onboarding, vendor transitions, or implementation initiatives.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving and risk management experience.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience using Clarity PPM or similar project portfolio management tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Financial services, banking, insurance, or enterprise operations.
- Vendor management and third-party implementation projects.
- Business transformation or operational process improvement initiatives.
- PMO, Program Management, or Portfolio Management experience.
