Position Summary:
The intern will gain hands-on experience in automotive industry supporting day-to-day operations and special projects under the guidance of department leaders. This position provides an opportunity to develop practical skills, build professional experience, and contribute to team objectives while learning about the organization’s operations and culture.
Majors included are;
Accounting, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily departmental tasks and administrative duties.
Support ongoing projects by conducting research, data entry, or analysis.
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and solve problems.
Prepare reports, presentations, or documentation as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards of professionalism.
Complete all assigned learning objectives and evaluations by program end.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in the UTSA Business Program
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related tools.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Duration:
Fall UTSA Semester of 2026
Schedule:
Part Time
Compensation: $20 per hour
Location:
On Site
Hands-on training and mentorship.
Exposure to real-world projects and professional networks.
Opportunity to transition into a full-time position upon successful completion (if applicable).
