Position Summary
The Degree Audit Analyst II is responsible for providing advanced skills in coordination of the degree audit process through the use of Banner SIS and Degree Works for currently enrolled students. The Degree Audit Analyst II reports to the Registrar.

Essential FunctionsJob Duties Knowledge
Skills And Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of FERPA
- Ability to learn and effectively apply UIW degree requirements and UIW institutional policies;
- Strong knowledge of compliance audit process
- Ability to learn and effectively use the Registrar's Office degree audit maintenance process (Degree Works);
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Proficiency using Banner, BDM and CRM systems, or similar;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, to manage time and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to effectively collect and analyze data;
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures;
- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.
Bachelor's Degree.
Required Work ExperienceFour (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in a student report office or other relevant environment in higher education.
Preferred QualificationsStrong proficiency with SCT banner & BMDS/Extender
Strong proficiency with Degree Works and Microsoft Office products

Work HoursMon to Fri 8am to 5pm, with occasional extended hours to meet departmental needs especially during peak periods.
