This exciting Admissions and Guest Experience Administrative Supervisor position offers the opportunity to lead the Admissions Department at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Responsibilities
  • Act as the Admissions Manager on Duty to make any major operational decisions and ensure the efficient operation of all Admissions areas (toll plaza, front gate entry and guest services).
  • Conduct department training and ensure all area leaders and team members are trained, certified and equipped to perform all job duties.
  • Follow all operating expense budgets and ensure compliance with established budget guidelines.
  • Ensure the team understands how to always prioritize guests' needs to provide enhanced guest experience.
  • Foster a positive and harmonious work environment amongst all area leaders and team members.
  • Hold all area leaders and team members accountable for attendance, performance, in-park visibility, cleanliness in assigned areas of responsibility, and achieving park and departmental goals.
  • Support and drive the department’s pass and ticket sales operation.
  • Assist with Salesforce guest correspondence and ensure the team is answering and handling all outstanding cases appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to the department scheduler and workforce management team to ensure sufficient staffing needs for operations, special events and non-operational days.
  • Work cohesively with counterparts, area leaders, team members and department heads to successfully drive all departmental programs, procedures and operations forward.
  • Properly manage all other assigned tasks and projects in an efficient manner.

  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of all park wide events.
  • Comply with all other duties assigned to support the Operations Division and the Park's operation.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and varied shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess the ability to work independently and manage high level tasks and projects
  • Commitment to the "Guest First" philosophy
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
