* What You Will Do:

*** Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and executive reports.
* Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables across technical teams.
* Support change management governance, CAB activities, and documentation compliance.
* Analyze performance, cost, security, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
* Maintain compliance evidence repositories and reporting artifacts.

* What You Will Need:

*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
* US Citizenship is contractually required.
* Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
* Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of overall work experience.
* Experience in governance, PMO, reporting, or operational analysis experience.
* Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting platforms.
* Experience supporting federal IT programs or operations.
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** ITIL Foundation Certification.
* Experience supporting AWS or cloud-based programs.
* Knowledge of Agile metrics, SRE metrics, and Dev Ops reporting.
* Familiarity with Service Now reporting and workflow automation.
* Experience supporting FISMA or federal compliance initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $61,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
