What You Will Do:- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and executive reports.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables across technical teams.
- Support change management governance, CAB activities, and documentation compliance.
- Analyze performance, cost, security, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain compliance evidence repositories and reporting artifacts.
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of overall work experience.
- Experience in governance, PMO, reporting, or operational analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting platforms.
- Experience supporting federal IT programs or operations.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience supporting AWS or cloud-based programs.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, SRE metrics, and Dev Ops reporting.
- Familiarity with Service Now reporting and workflow automation.
- Experience supporting FISMA or federal compliance initiatives.
The annual salary range for this position is $61,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
