Principle Automotive is seeking an experienced Director of Construction & Facilities to lead our growing portfolio of dealership construction, facility maintenance, and capital improvement initiatives. This highly visible leadership position is responsible for managing multiple concurrent construction projects while overseeing the ongoing maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of our dealership facilities.
Working closely with the CEO, COO, Executive Leadership Team, General Managers, architects, engineers, contractors, OEM partners, and vendors, you will help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing privately held automotive groups in the country. Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction Management
- Lead multiple concurrent dealership construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, OEM representatives, municipalities, consultants, and general contractors.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, contingency planning, and financial reporting.
- Review and negotiate change orders while maintaining strict budget discipline.
