Business Operations Project Manager

This is a highly visible position that works closely with executive leadership to drive the company's most important strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently lead projects across an entire organization.

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication plans
• Partner with leaders across Sales, Design, Operations, Project Management, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and IT
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and keep projects moving forward
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact project timelines
• Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and contractors
• Provide regular project updates to executive leadership
• Standardize project documentation, templates, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

• Enterprise software implementations
• Process improvement initiatives
• Warehouse and facility relocations
• Showroom openings and renovations
• Cross-functional operational improvements
• Strategic executive initiatives

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• PMP certification
• Experience leading software implementations or systems integration projects.
• Experience managing facility moves, warehouse relocations, or other physical-operations projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CET Designer,  or Asana, and Power BI
