The ideal candidate is a creative yet execution-focused product manager with a strong ability to translate ideas, customer needs, and market opportunities into viable, scalable solutions.
Essential duties include the following:
Identify, evaluate, and develop innovative product ideas that complement the core product portfolio.
Partner with core product teams to embed innovative solutions and enhancements into existing products.
Assist in developing and maintaining innovation-focused product roadmaps aligned to company strategy.
Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform innovation priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Implementations, Sales, Account Management, and Legal to drive product development and launch.
Support product pilots, launches, and post-launch analysis to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, use cases, and success metrics.
Monitor and report product performance metrics and innovation outcomes to leadership.
Assist with proposal pricing, RFP responses, and solution positioning related to innovative offerings.
Utilize established pricing and expense models to support innovation business cases.
Assist with cost center research and budgeting support for innovation initiatives.
Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices through research and ongoing learning.
Embody divisional and company culture and serve as an active, collaborative team participant.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in product management, innovation, or a related role.
Demonstrated interest or experience in product innovation and bringing new ideas to market.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments a plus.
Familiarity with product analytics tools and methodologies.
Passion for technology, innovation, and solving customer problems.
