D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full-time qualified Contract Business Analyst to support the San Antonio Military Health System Market at Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland and Randolph. The position is based at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center in San Antonio, Texas, and supports medical administration, contract management, business analysis, budgetary and fiscal support, and stakeholder coordination for a Defense Health Agency environment.

• Support contract administration, surveillance, and deliverable tracking for government healthcare operations.
• Prepare, review, and organize contract business data to help leadership make informed decisions.
• Assist with budget, fiscal, and acquisition support activities, including market research and pricing or cost-analysis support.
• Coordinate contract-related information with internal and external stakeholders and maintain organized contract files and repositories.
• Use Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, GFEBs, and related business systems to analyze data and prepare reports, briefings, and tracking products.
• Support program execution by monitoring contract actions, business deliverables, operational needs, and forecasted requirements.
• Handle sensitive government information appropriately and follow applicable DoD, DHA, privacy, and security procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field; or relevant experience supporting medical administration or federal government business operations.
• At least three years of experience is preferred in medical administration services or federal government planning, budgeting, financial execution, or budget administration.
• Ability to perform contract business analysis, prepare executive-level information, support acquisition activities, and communicate with government stakeholders.
• Current Basic Life Support certification, or ability to obtain and maintain it as required by the contract.
• Ability to complete DHA onboarding, background investigation, training, and access requirements before performing work.
