- Must have strong experience and ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment. Candidate should be highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (strong Excel experience: pivot tables, text to column, Macros, etc.)
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Supports Learning curriculums, facility configurations, learning paths, and ensures communication of the operational processes with all business partners and customers.
- Schedules learning events as outlined through the planning and request processes.
- Matches the learning facility capabilities (room size, technology capability, other equipment, configuration, instructor, etc.) with the scheduling requirements.
- Performs both resourcing and/or delivery (preparation) support for Learning & Development teams.
- Maintains course requirements and process updates to course set up requirements.
- Builds course offerings in LMS.
- Collaborates with team members and customers to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation.
- Performs moderately complex to complex work assignments to support team members and customers.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
