We are seeking a driven, communicative, and detail-obsessed Group Benefits Experience Specialist to own the employer and employee service journey from onboarding through renewal. In this position, you do not just process paperwork—you safeguard account retention, master carrier portals, enforce process precision, and deliver flawless client support.

- Client Experience & Resolution:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employer groups and employees, resolving benefit inquiries, claims, and enrollment issues quickly and accurately. - Portal & Systems Precision:
Execute carrier portal entries, census updates, and policy adjustments in Agency Bloc and carrier systems with zero documentation errors. - Seamless Onboarding & Renewals:
Drive group implementation and annual renewal workflows on time, ensuring 100% data integrity and file compliance. - Proactive Account Retention:
Identify service bottlenecks early and partner with leadership to protect account retention.
- 2+ years of experience in group benefits, client support, or insurance account coordination (preferred).
- Texas General Lines Life & Health License (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Proven track record of high-accuracy data entry, fast workflow follow-through, and portal navigation skills.
- On-site availability in San Antonio, TX.
