• Consolidate multiple sources of repair forecast data for upload to third party systems and SAP
• Analyze existing on hand repairable inventory in comparison to forecasted repair shipment needs
• Upload repair order information into OEM order management portal
• Upload manual ASN’s to SAP in cases where ASN data is not received from OEM’s
• Support repair team in resolving shipping and receiving discrepancies for repair orders
• Extract data from SAP and create ad hoc reporting as needed by the repair team
• Identify continuous improvement activities and eliminate non-value-added activities
• Participate in regular Quality, Ops, and Continuous Improvement calls with client and OEM
• Mining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures.
• Manage creation and distribution process to ensure all contractual obligations are met with regard to data content and timeliness constraints.
• Develop, drive, and track the definition of fundamental metrics
• Provide support on development of dashboards tracking key metrics of program or provider or client performance.
• Establish relationships with all departments and levels of the organization in order to understand the information needs of each.
• Assist with any ad hoc requests or special projects that require data analysis.

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant experience
• Experience mining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures.
• Intermediate SQL Experience required
• Experience supporting Business Analysts with reporting preferred
• Analyst must possess time management skills, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Good time management and Interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite and Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Previous experience in order management or purchase order management
• Previous telecommunications background
• and/or Operational management experience
• Experience with SAP

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
