• Define and implement the program's governance model, including the standards, policies, and procedures that guide business processes across the organization
• Ensure all process improvement and control initiatives are strategically aligned with the company's broader business goals, including growth, compliance, and efficiency targets
• Build and lead the creation of a long-term roadmap for continuous process improvement, identifying key areas of focus and priority
• Oversee and coordinate multiple process improvement projects, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between different departments like IT, finance, and operations.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks within business processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Manage the interdependencies between various process-related projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and avoiding redundancies
