We’re experienced operators and subject-matter experts with a passion for software and building businesses. We partner with founders to help them scale their businesses and realize their companies’ full potential. We look for businesses with strong leadership and high potential for profitable growth, and work together to increase year-over-year revenue, company efficiency, and impact.

Cordance envisions that all companies we work with achieve their full potential. We embrace what makes each company great and build on those foundations. We believe in elevating a company as it scales, delivering dignity to the organization and its employees, and sharing a passion for building a legacy.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to own commissions & compensation administration across Cordance's sales organization and help support the Rev Ops team's reporting operations. This role will be an integral member of our Revenue Operations team and will assume responsibility for processing and reconciling commissions for our sales organization, integrating acquisitions into our compensation & commissions process, creating and augmenting incentive structures in our commissions software platform, and ensuring the data used for sales KPI reporting is accurate.

This role will also have a secondary focus supporting Cordance's Sales Enablement function, specifically the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. The ideal candidate brings expertise in managing commissions software platforms, analyzing data, building BI-driven reporting, and designing operational frameworks that scale across a multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environment.

  • Administer commission plans for AEs, SDRs, and Sales leadership including the timely distribution of plans
  • Own the commissions software platform, including issue resolutions, plan uploads, manual adjustments, and platform augmentations reflecting changes to incentive plan structures
  • Standardize and administer variable compensation payments including commission bonuses, SPIFF payouts and other custom compensation plan terms
  • Integrate newly acquired business units into the commissions software platform; onboard sellers and BU leaders on Cordance's commissions process
  • Respond to rep and BU President commissions questions; own month-end close delivery to Finance
  • Work closely with Human Resource and FP&A to track changes for new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation, and retroactive changes
  • Ensure CRM hygiene by building dashboards in Cordance’s BI tool and working with our Data Team to implement automations in CRM; own communication of required actions to Business Units
  • Manage the Jira ticket queue for Rev Ops data and reporting requests
  • Assisting with ad hoc commission data gathering, reporting, analysis and other projects as needed
  • Support our Director of Sales Enablement in leading biweekly Quote to Cash Office hours
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering
  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Rev Ops Analyst, Sales Compensation Analyst, or Business Analyst
  • Understanding of sales incentive compensation design and related administrative experience
  • Experience with SPIFF or similar cloud-based sales commissions and incentive compensation tool
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, ability to create complex data models, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some level of experience working with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools integrated to CRM’s (Hubspot & Salesforce)
  • Experience working with Jira
Skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative, and people skills
  • Proactive problem-solver who identifies challenges and recommends effective solutions
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of responsibilities
