As a Brand Business Consultant Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to an assigned portfolio of franchise organizations, helping drive business performance, organizational effectiveness, and long‑term growth. Through strategic partnership, coaching, and business consultation, you’ll empower franchise leaders to achieve strong results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage the performance and growth of an assigned franchise portfolio
• Analyze business, operational, and market data to identify opportunities
• Lead business reviews and performance planning discussions with franchisees
• Coach franchise leaders on operations, leadership, and organizational effectiveness
• Recommend solutions that improve execution, profitability, and guest experience
• Coordinate cross-functional support to address business needs and priorities
• Drive execution of key brand initiatives and strategic objectives
• Build trusted relationships with franchise owners and leadership teams
• Advocate for franchisee needs while ensuring brand alignment and accountability
• Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform business recommendations
• Lead, coach, and develop assigned team members

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Experience analyzing data and translating insights into action
• Ability to influence, coach, and build credibility with business leaders
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Experience leading change and driving business results
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, franchise, or multi‑unit operations
• Experience consulting with owners, operators, or senior business leaders
• Franchise business management experience
• Portfolio or multi‑unit performance management experience
• Experience leading organizational or culture development initiatives
• Experience supporting new market growth or business turnaround efforts
• Proven success leading cross‑functional projects and initiatives
• Executive presence with strong presentation and facilitation skills
