What’s the Job?- Serve as the primary owner of requirements intake, documentation, and functional alignment across business, development, and testing teams.
- Translate enhancement requests into clear, version‑controlled Service Requirements Documentation (SRDs) and actionable user stories.
- Coordinate across business and technical teams to ensure requirements are implementable, understood, and validated end‑to‑end.
- Clarify functional requirements throughout each stage of the development cycle, from design to testing.
- Maintain continuous communication to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
- Proven experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio and use case development.
- Ability to translate complex requests into clear user stories and documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across diverse teams.
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s Degree.
