KellyServices Process Excellence Representative
is accountable for:
Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Conducting data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within service delivery processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute process optimization strategies that align with organizational goals.
Creating and maintaining documentation of process flows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make data-driven decisions.
Facilitating training sessions and workshops to upskill staff on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to best practices.

Monitor annual reporting to determine if new job titles should be considered to be added
Monitor annual reporting to determine if any job titles can be considered for removal
- Working knowledge in process mapping and flowcharting tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools for process improvement
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to identify process inefficiencies
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) for tracking process improvement initiatives
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to lead process improvement projects and drive change management initiatives
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in process documentation
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
The pay range for this position is $51,300 to 68,400 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
