Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product management team and stakeholders for the Salesforce CRM to create and maintain a product vision and prioritized product roadmap for sales growth and enablement across Banking, Investments, and Insurance.
  • Work with support teams to understand solution architecture, operational impacts, and ensure that solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Communicate with management and product stakeholders to showcase product features.
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a record of successfully delivering complex products and services.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to perform cost analysis, identify KPIs, and create financially sound strategies.
  • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Advanced knowledge of bank operations and financial solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
Additional Preferred Skills
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting sales processes.
  • Experience in investment and insurance domains.
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
