Overview
An outdoor advertising company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator in the San Antonio, TX area to join their team on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office/3 days remote).
Responsibilities- Support account executives and campaign strategists (internal clients) and understand the needs of requests.
- Process all proposal elements and deliverable documents as directed by the Manager (e.g., Sales Proposal Support, including Excel spreadsheets, photo databases, PowerPoint presentations and map creation).
- Ensure complete and timely completion of proposal deliverables.
- Work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure accuracy and continuity of deliverables.
- Multitask and juggle several tasks and various accounts at once.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a proposal coordinator.
- Experience with Excel Spreadsheet creating grids; proficient in MS Suite (will take IKM assessment covering Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Excel Spreadsheets (Grids) - Gather all the data for their proposals.
- Multitasking running various tests (photo sheets, specification sheets, and mapping tools).
- Working in a high-paced environment.
Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr
