This opportunity is with a well-established and rapidly growing structural steel fabrication and erection organization supporting complex commercial and industrial projects throughout Texas.
The company is seeking a Project Manager who understands how structural steel projects actually get executed, not just managed from a spreadsheet.
This role requires someone capable of balancing customer communication, fabrication coordination, scheduling, financial oversight, subcontractor management, and operational execution across multiple active projects simultaneously.

What You’ll Do- Manage multiple structural steel fabrication and erection projects simultaneously
- Drive project schedules, execution timelines, and financial performance
- Coordinate fabrication activities, vendors, subcontractors, and field operations
- Review drawings, proposals, specifications, and scope requirements
- Lead customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Negotiate and manage change orders
- Monitor project progress across production, safety, quality, and budget objectives
- Support manpower planning, resource coordination, and operational alignment
- Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact execution
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within structural steel
- Ability to manage multiple active projects in parallel
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Strong operational awareness and problem-solving ability
