This is a high-impact operating leadership role focused on making AI a fundamental part of how an organization works.
You’ll lead enterprise-wide transformation across business units and shared services, redesigning workflows around what AI makes possible.
The role combines applied AI expertise, operational strategy, process redesign, change management, and organizational enablement.
You’ll build practical AI capabilities, deploy virtual workers, and establish standards that support responsible, scalable adoption.
Success will be measured through tangible outcomes such as increased capacity, reduced cycle times, improved quality, and stronger margins.
You’ll work at an ambitious pace, influencing leaders and teams across the organization while turning AI opportunities into measurable business results.

Accountabilities:- Define the future-state operating model and establish a practical roadmap for becoming an AI-native organization.
- Redesign core business workflows around AI-enabled possibilities rather than simply automating existing processes.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement high-value AI transformation opportunities across business units and shared-service functions.
- Build and oversee a digital workforce of virtual workers capable of taking on meaningful responsibilities with appropriate human oversight.
- Establish AI capabilities across the organization through role‑specific training, internal champions, enablement programs, and adoption measurement.
- Define measurable operating‑leverage targets, establish performance baselines, and validate realized benefits with Finance.
- Own the internal AI tool stack, operating standards, governance principles, and pipeline of potential use cases.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives from initial opportunity assessment through production implementation and organizational adoption.
- Partner with functional leaders to redesign processes, establish new ways of working, and drive sustained adoption.
- Manage change across teams and influence stakeholders who may be skeptical or resistant to new operating models.
- Measure the business impact of transformation initiatives through metrics such as capacity created, cycle time reduction, quality improvements, and margin gains.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and determine where they can create meaningful operational or commercial advantages.
- Demonstrated experience personally leading AI or automation implementations into production within a real operating environment; hands‑on implementation experience is essential.
- Deep practical knowledge of applied AI, including large language models, agentic workflows, automation, integrations, and AI‑enabled process design.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, transformation, consulting, technology leadership, or a related field, including responsibility for organization‑wide change.
- Proven ability to map existing processes, identify opportunities for fundamental redesign, build improved workflows, and drive adoption.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable operational improvements that have been validated through credible business or Finance metrics.
- Strong change‑management capabilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business decisions and outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, combined with a pragmatic, results‑oriented approach.
- Ability to move quickly, manage multiple transformation priorities, and operate effectively in an ambitious and fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust, coach teams, and bring diverse stakeholders together around shared objectives.
