E-Commerce Coach

High Ticket.io is one of the world's fastest-growing e-commerce education companies. We help entrepreneurs build and scale high-ticket online businesses through industry-leading coaching, systems, and support.

We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Coach who is passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs and helping students achieve real results.

As an E-Commerce Coach, you’ll work directly with students to help them build, launch, and grow profitable Shopify businesses. You’ll provide strategic guidance through live coaching calls, Slack support, and store reviews while helping students overcome challenges and stay accountable.

• Coach students through every stage of building and scaling their e-commerce business
• Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions
• Review Shopify stores and provide actionable feedback
• Guide students on product research, supplier outreach, store optimization, and paid advertising
• Answer student questions via Slack in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor student progress and help improve completion and success rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional student experience

• 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience
• Proven success building or scaling Shopify stores
• Strong understanding of product research, supplier relationships, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce fundamentals
• Previous coaching, mentoring, consulting, or client-facing experience is highly preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating via Slack and Zoom

• $4,000–$8,000 USD/month (depending on experience and performance)
• Full-time, long-term remote opportunity
