As a Business Manager, you'll serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring key priorities, initiatives, and business objectives are aligned and executed effectively. You'll help connect people, processes, and communication across the organization while providing the insights, coordination, and leadership support needed to drive results.

Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you will:
- Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic priorities and key initiatives.
- Align cross-functional teams around business goals and deliverables.
- Manage leadership calendars, priorities, and meeting cadence.
- Coordinate communication strategies that drive clarity and alignment.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level materials.
- Track progress against strategic objectives and action plans.
- Lead projects that improve processes, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Coordinate department meetings, conferences, and leadership events.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support budget planning and monitor financial performance.
- Build strong partnerships across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Identify risks, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table — Required Experience
As a Business Manager, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience in business operations, project management, or strategic support.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on business initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience analyzing data and developing actionable insights.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
