Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing ITSM and engineering processes to identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate process workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Perform cost-benefit analysis to quantify process improvement impact
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to streamline workflows
Create detailed process flows and documentation for stakeholder readouts
