Hourly Rate: $31.60 an hour.
Language Requirement:
Fluency in English.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Academic Req:
Required – Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university;
Preferred – Graduate degree from an accredited program/university.
Certifications:
First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention.
Work experience:
Required – Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience and/or training;
Preferred – Six (6) plus, years of related experience and/or training.
- Attention to detail and regulatory compliance. Problem solving and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information.
- Provide constructive recommendations focused on sustainable improvement.
- Promoting accountability, preventing risk exposure, and safeguarding ethical standards.
- May serve as a liaison between the division managers and department head.
- Support a culture of compliance, accountability and continuous quality improvement.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
- Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
- Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
- Demonstrate the ability to: a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics. b. Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals. c. Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently. d. Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times. e. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
f. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team. - Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
