Quality & Audit Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Sales Quality & Audit Analyst to oversee sales quality across multiple teams and international markets auditing sales activities, identifying abnormalities, critical business risks, process gaps and customer-impacting issues, and providing actionable insights to improve overall sales quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular random and risk-based audits of sales calls, CRM records, quotes, pricing and customer interactions.
- Identify abnormal sales patterns, process breaches, incorrect information, pricing issues and potential business risks.
- Monitor sales quality and identify recurring issues across teams, markets and individual resources.
- Escalate critical findings and business-impacting issues to management.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
- Prepare concise audit reports, trends and weekly sales insights for management.
- Meet strict weekly audit targets across different audit mediums, including CRM case reviews, call listening, sales closing reviews and other assigned quality checks.
- Track individual and team performance against defined weekly targets and highlight any significant gaps.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Training and Compliance teams to improve processes, sales performance and quality standards.
- 3+ years of experience in international quality assurance, auditing or sales quality.
- Experience working with global/distributed teams is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales data and quality monitoring.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify patterns, anomalies and potential business risks.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in escalating critical issues.
- Experience in the energy, solar, battery, HVAC or energy-efficiency sector is highly desirable.
A proactive and analytical professional who can spot what others miss, consistently meet strict weekly audit targets, identify emerging business risks and translate audit findings into clear, actionable sales insights that improve business performance.
