Reporting to the Associate Director, Sales Operations, this role supports U.S. Sales Operations by helping coordinate proactive new hire readiness, on/offboarding effectiveness, vendor credentialing activities, integration/divestiture support, and process optimizations. The role contributes to new hire and transfer readiness by identifying potential gaps, following up on open items, escalating barriers as appropriate, and helping improve the associate and manager experience. Because small errors or delays can affect access, customer support, and field readiness, this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to recognize issues quickly, and prompt action to address or elevate concerns.

It supports outcomes such as timely system access, credentialing readiness, fewer avoidable escalations, consistent process execution, and stronger stakeholder visibility while completing required transactions accurately and on time. This role partners with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, business leaders, HR, IT, T&E, Legal/Contracts, and various third‑party suppliers to support service expectations and timely issue resolution. This fast‑paced support role requires strong organization, follow‑through, sound judgment, proactive communication, and a high level of accuracy.

The successful candidate will be customer‑focused, tech‑savvy, comfortable working across functions, and able to prioritize work based on timing, readiness impact, stakeholder needs, and the urgency of issues requiring immediate attention. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who takes ownership of assigned work, follows through on open items, and understands how timely, accurate execution supports new hire readiness and field productivity.

This person communicates clearly with managers and associates, reinforces process expectations, detects readiness risks or data issues early, and takes prompt action to resolve or elevate concerns within established guidelines.

By supporting accurate, timely, and proactive onboarding and credentialing activities, this role helps new hires become productive faster, reduces preventable disruptions, improves manager and associate experience, and strengthens visibility to readiness milestones that affect field productivity and customer access.
