Senior Product Manager, Driver Management Role overview

Lead product strategy and execution for driver identification and assignment across a large commercial-vehicle platform. The role focuses on improving the accuracy and reliability of assigning each trip to the correct driver, creating a foundation for downstream safety, performance, and compliance workflows. You will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computer vision, voice interfaces, and platform systems.

• Own the product direction for driver identification and assignment capabilities.
• Break a complex identification funnel into measurable problems, solutions, and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, and other product teams to deliver improvements quickly.
• Guide the use of facial recognition, voice agents, and machine-learning models in operational workflows.
• Investigate failure points and prioritize work that improves assignment accuracy and downstream data quality.
• Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, and priorities clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Senior-level product management experience, ideally owning complex platform or workflow products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate ambiguous problems into measurable product opportunities.
• Technical fluency sufficient to work effectively with machine-learning, computer-vision, and software engineering teams.
• Systems-thinking mindset, with attention to how foundational platform capabilities affect downstream products.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions, prioritize effectively, and deliver with urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
