Entry Level Opportunities - Spring 2026 Construction Management Grads (All Locations) at Catamount Constructors. New grad opportunities will be located in:

• Cost Engineer:
  Learn how to “take off” project quantities and assemble project scopes for bidding; manage data to estimate time, materials, labor, and cost; combine historical data and current trends to create accurate estimates; solicit subcontractors appropriately and select suitable subcontractors; review bid scope sheets and proposals for accuracy; use Catamount’s bid system and distribute addendums timely; hand off estimating projects to the Project Manager.
• Project Engineer:
  Assist in preparing subcontract Scope of Work; understand contract documents and drawings to identify gaps; assist Project Manager in maintaining project schedule, purchasing schedule, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and documenting project issues; attend subcontractor meetings and OAC meetings; work with PMs and Superintendents to identify quality issues and communicate them; assist in projecting and forecasting project costs.
• Field Engineer:
  Onsite support to meet client expectations; assist Superintendent with creating and adhering to a well-planned 3-week schedule; coordinate subcontractors; maintain a quality deficiency list; champion job-site safety by leading pre-task safety meetings and documenting safety notices; support documentation and close-out activities such as turnover matrix, as-built documents, and punch lists.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in construction technology, building construction, civil engineering, business or related field
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, contractors, and vendors
