Construction Superintendent - K-12​/Education

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Construction Superintendent to lead ground‑up and renovation projects for K-12 and higher education facilities in the San Antonio area. This role requires a proactive field leader who ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Direct and manage all daily on‑site construction activities for education projects
• Supervise subcontractors, manage site logistics, coordinate inspections, and enforce safety compliance
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and complete project documentation
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners to resolve field issues
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards
• Identify potential risks or challenges in the field and implement solutions to keep projects on track

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing K-12 or higher education construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, inspections, and site safety requirements
• Ability to lead subcontractors and manage complex field operations effectively
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
